Lost Your Device? Here's What to Do

No need to stress — losing your device doesn’t mean losing access to Piggy. Since we use passkeys, your login stays safe and synced with your Apple, Google, or Microsoft account. Just sign in on a new device, and you’re good to go.

Apple (iCloud Keychain)

• Passkeys are securely stored in your iCloud Keychain.

• If your device is lost:

  • Sign into your Apple ID on another iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

  • Use two-factor authentication to verify.

  • Your passkeys sync automatically, and you can access Piggy as before.

Google (Google Password Manager)

• Passkeys are managed through your Google account.

• On a new Android or Chrome device:

  • Sign into your Google account.

  • Unlock with your screen lock or manager PIN.

  • Your passkeys sync instantly. No extra setup required.

Windows (Windows Hello + Microsoft Account)

• Passkeys are secured by Windows Hello (face, fingerprint, or PIN).

• If you switch to another Windows 11 device:

  • Sign into your Microsoft account.

  • Complete the one-time setup.

  • Windows Hello will automatically restore your passkeys, including access to Piggy.
